Eyebrow Microblading
Eyebrow Microblading is a more advanced brow procedure that uses a tiny row of needles to deposit pigment into the skin, creating thin, hair-like strokes. Microblading is ideal for producing a very full and lifelike appearing brow; it’s becoming increasingly popular as a method of permanent make-up.
Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing technique that creates fine, natural-looking strokes. It is similar to traditional hair stroke tattoos done with a machine, but the microbladed strokes are finer and not implanted as deeply into the skin. This means microbladed eyebrows look more realistic but don’t last as long – typically 12 months before a retouch is needed.

The shape of your brow is outlined in pencil after a brow consultation, the brow region is numbed, and pigment is injected into the epidermis layer using tiny needle strokes. This is accomplished with very delicate needle strokes. These are incorporated into the new form and density is gradually increased with numerous tiny hair strokes, depending on the desired result.

Microblading Session
A Microblading procedure is a two-step procedure that takes between four and six weeks to complete. It’s critical to finish both the initial operation and the touch-up.
STEP 1 Microblading Session: The first procedure typically lasts around 2-3 hours. During this time, we’ll talk about your desired brow shape, pick a color, and complete the initial outline of the treatment area for your approval. This process is done manually using a hand instrument rather than by machine.
STEP 2 Perfecting Touch-Up Session: The touchup session is complimentary if you schedule it within 4-6 weeks of the initial session. If not, then you will be required to pay a fee.

Applying makeup is time-consuming, and we only have so much time in a day. Who wouldn’t want to wake up with one less beauty routine to worry about? Semi-permanent makeup is absolutely life changing! You will never need to buy a brow pencil again.
Aftercare
DAY 1-3:
Wipe the brows with sterile wipes after the procedure and every 15 minutes for one hour thereafter. This is only done on day one.
The aim is to eliminate the extra lymph so that the healing process can be sped up. For three days, keep the brow region dry.
DAY 4-10:
Use a gentle cleanser and warm water on your eyebrows every day, morning and night. Apply a small amount of cream the size of a rice grain.
After getting your eyebrows done, for the next 10 days only use aftercare cream on them and avoid putting any makeup – including lotions – on the brow area.
Enjoy your bath, but do it in moderation. When the scabs fall off, stop applying the lotion.
Healing Tips:
- Instead of a wash cloth, use something soft.
- Do not pick or scratch at your tattoo.
- Hot tubs, steam rooms, pools, lakes, rivers, and hot yoga should be avoided during the healing process.
- For two weeks, avoid the sun and tanning beds.
- For the next ten days, steer clear of brown makeup, brow or lash tinting, and any other facial treatments.
- For one week, avoid any type of exercise that makes you sweat.
Keep Your Brows Looking Their Best:
- By wearing sunscreen every day, you can help to prevent the sun from causing premature fading of the pigment in your skin.
- Avoid applying a product on or around your brows if it has lightened, brightened, or tightened.
- Depending on your desired look, we suggest getting touchups every 6 to 12 months.
- After you put on your makeup or foundation, use a damp Q-tip to lightly clean your eyebrows too. This way, the pigment will stand out without looking muddled by other cosmetics.

The process takes around 2 hours, depending on how you want your brows to be done. Allow for a two and a half hour block for your appointment. We probably won’t need that long, but Evelina likes to take all the time a customer needs.

Don’t you worry, the treatment won’t take long and you’ll be able to go about your daily routine afterwards without any problems. Initial redness and swelling will go down within an hour or so, although your brows may appear darker at first but not too dark.
