The last 12 months flew by, and as we celebrate this milestone, our team can\u2019t help but feel grateful for the expanded space that has played a crucial role in driving our rapid revenue growth and profitability. Equally significant is the boost it has provided to collaboration and creativity within our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rodem is a Hardworking Team of Problem-Solvers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rodem has served the dairy, food, beverage, and other high purity industries since 1971. Our business was born out of a love for meeting the challenging demands of dairy plants, with a focus on solving processing problems. Installation Manager Andy Oglesby notes, \u201cOur facility is state-of-the-art! The facility is located in Harrison Township in Hamilton County Ohio, with access to City of Harrison services. Rodem&#8217;s location in Harrison Ohio is a 20 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati, and a 30 minute drive to the Cincinnati\/Northern Kentucky International Airport. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marketing Manager LeighAnn Diener Gunter says, \u201cRodem\u2019s new location is amazing. Before Rodem, Brock was vice president of sales and marketing for ICM Inc., a biofuels technology company. With over 20 years in sales and marketing serving the biofuels and telecommunications industries, Brock brings in-depth knowledge and deep leadership expertise in strategy development, business planning, and advisory initiatives. Before embarking on his professional career, Brock spent four years serving in the United States Army.
